I posted a clip of Bishop Marc House — and it went viral.
But instead of simply addressing the concern biblically, he got upset and preached what sounded like an entire sermon aimed directly at me. And in this video, we are going to talk about it.

This is the problem with many modern preachers today: they can stand in pulpits, say wild things publicly, manipulate people emotionally, twist Scripture, and make questionable statements in front of everybody — but the moment someone clips it, questions it, or holds it up to the Bible, suddenly they are the victim.
Bishop Marc House had no problem saying what he said publicly. But when the clip started spreading, now the issue becomes the person who posted it?
That is not how biblical accountability works.
If a preacher says something publicly, it can be tested publicly. If a pastor uses the pulpit to teach, rebuke, command, or make claims in the name of God, then Christians have every right to examine whether that message lines up with Scripture.
This video is not about drama. This is about discernment.
Too many leaders want public platforms but private accountability. They want applause without correction. They want the crowd to shout, but they do not want the Bereans to search the Scriptures. They want people to receive everything they say as “the word of the Lord,” but when someone asks, “Where is that in the Bible?” suddenly it is called dishonor, jealousy, or attack.
But the Bible does not tell us to blindly follow bishops, apostles, prophets, or popular conference speakers. The Bible tells us to test the spirits, examine all things, and hold fast to what is good.
In this video, I respond to Bishop Marc House’s reaction, the sermon he preached after the clip went viral, and why this kind of response shows a bigger issue in church culture. Instead of addressing the substance of the critique, many preachers attack the person exposing the error.
But here is the truth: clipping a public sermon is not persecution. Asking for biblical support is not rebellion. Calling out false teaching is not dishonor.
If what was said was biblical, prove it with Scripture.
If it was wrong, repent.
But do not turn the pulpit into a place to attack critics while avoiding the actual issue.
