For your information. this car is currently being driven about Tower Hamlets and Stepney in particular. The driver (M R Miah) commonly is a person that does not have a legitimate driving licence and thus is not legally insured.
In the background you can see a school he repeatedly passes in his daily illegal driving. The irony is the school is for 'disabled' junior and primary aged children. On the 23rd of April 2012 he had a minor motor vehicle accident on an adjacent road to this school.
It is only a matter of time...
The police have been repeatedly informed he is driving this car but seem incapable of stopping him. On the 23rd April they had a chance when they stopped him after an accident but they let him go. He has changed his name by Deed Poll and the two attending officers were unaware of who he really is and that he has never passed a driving test.
