Thanksgiving cocktail with cider and ginger beer

2 oz / 60 ml Calmezzi Spiced
.5 oz / 15 ml Lime juice
.5 oz / 15 ml Demerara syrup
2-3 droppers Dashfire Spiced Apple Bitters (optional)
Top with Ginger Beer (I used Cock and Bull)

Shake first 4 ingredients. Strain over ice and top with ginger beer.
