Non alcoholic gin and tonic recipe
2 oz / 60 ml Optimist Bright non-alcoholic distilled spirit
2-3 dashes Gnome's Tavern Bitters (or bitters of your choice - you can even find non alcoholic bitters)
Top with tonic water (I used Fever Tree light)
A squeeze of lemon and lime, garnish with lemon and lime
