Mezcal Ranch Water (2:17)
2 oz / 60 ml Unito Mezcal
1 oz / 30 ml fresh lime juice
Bottle of Topo Chico
Optional: .25 oz / 7 ml agave syrup or sweetener if you want a slightly softer flavor
Optional: pinch of salt on the rim or in the glass
Empty 3 oz of the contents of a Topo Chico bottle. Add mezcal and lime juice directly to bottle. Enjoy!

Naked and Famous Cocktail (3:47)
1 oz / 30 ml Unito Mezcal
1 oz / 30 ml Aperol
1 oz / 30 ml Yellow Chartreuse
1 oz / 30 ml fresh lime juice
Shake all 4 ingredients and double strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass. Optional: garnish with lime.

Tia Mia (Tiki Mezcal Cocktail, Mai Tai Riff) (5:02)
1 oz / 30 ml Unito Mezcal
1 oz / 30 ml Jamaican Rum (I used Appleton Signature)
.75 oz / 22 ml fresh lime juice
.5 oz / 15 ml orange liqueur (I used Pierre Ferrand Dry Curaçao)
.5 oz / 15 ml orgeat syrup (get it here - amzn.to/3MCzOMT)
Shake all ingredients with nugget ice and open pour over more pebble ice. Garnish with the traditional mint spring and lime shell or get creative. It's a tiki drink after all.
