An epic BBQ sandwich challenge that's served in a bucket? Quite the presentation for a food challenge! Here at SMOAK BBQ they offer brave challengers their "bucket burger challenge" (though I think it's more of a sandwich personally) where your entire barbecue meal gets served to you inside a bucket! This bbq sandwich is layered with all kinds of delicious meat - beef patties, bacon, bbq pulled pork, jalapeno cheddar sausage, Nashville hot chicken, and smoked pastrami! There's even cheese curds inside the barbeque sandwich too!
That's not all, as there's also two "Texas Twinkies" on top (brisket and cream cheese stuffed jalapeños, wrapped in bacon, finished with Kansas City West BBQ. This BBQ sandwich challenges also comes with a big pile of seasoned fries and a drink (also required for the challenge).
This food challenge isn't normally free, but the restaurant offered me a wager - instead of finishing within the normal 30 minute time limit, if I could be the current record (held by my eating rival Eager Ethan) then my meal would be free!

The challenge consists of 2 grilled cheese sandwiches, 2 hamburger patties, bacon, bbq pulled pork, jalapeño cheddar sausage, fried Nashville hot chicken, cheese curds and smoked pastrami topped with 2 Texas Twinkies. Fries & a drink are also required to be finished.
Texas Twinkies are brisket and cream cheese stuffed jalapeños, wrapped in bacon, finished with Kansas City West BBQ
Time limit: 30 minutes
