Day 15 of the international food challenge tour led me to Prince of Punjab in Leicester, England. Here they are serving up one of the most loaded curry spreads I've ever seen — and there's cash on the line if you can finish it! We're talking a full mixed grill, multiple curry bowls including Butter Chicken, Chicken Jalfrezi, Karahi Lamb, Chana Masala, and Prawn Masala, plus basket after basket of naan bread. I had almost zero curry experience walking in, so I came in with a general plan — attack the mixed grill first, use the curries to keep things moving, and save the naan for last.
This one is a battle from start to finish!
