In this food adventure I'm at Manitowoc Pho and Grill in Manitowoc, Wisconsin!  I’ll be attempting to become the first person to finish their Giant Pho Challenge!  It has 2 lbs of noodles and 2lbs of meat.  The broth is not required in order to complete the challenge

If I'm able to complete the challenge under the 45-minute time limit, I’ll get the meal for free, a custom-made shirt, a $50 gift card, and my picture up on their Wall of Fame!
