Today, I’m taking on Fiesta Mexicana’s “Monster" Burrito Challenge in Loretto, Tennessee, the grand finale of my trip! This journey has been incredible, locking in a total of eight food challenges across the state. I can’t wait to return and take on the ones I didn’t get the chance to attempt.
Fiesta Mexicana is a lively Mexican restaurant known for its authentic flavors, colorful atmosphere, and friendly vibe. From tacos and enchiladas to fajitas and more, they’ve got plenty of delicious options if the challenge isn’t your thing.
The "Monster" Burrito Challenge features five giant tortilla wraps loaded with rice, beans, lettuce, sour cream, pico de gallo, fried onions, and seasoned chicken, all smothered in creamy cheese sauce. It’s served with a massive portion of carne asada fries, also drenched in their cheese sauce. You’ve got one hour to finish everything to score a free $40 meal plus a $100 gift card!
