Found this at a thrift store on the brink of closure in August 2021 and the owner gave it to me for free. I feel bad for the people running it. In only a few years, they came and went with little fanfare, but I made some pretty good finds there.
This tape is a demo by shortlived 90s Power Pop group Third Eye Butterfly. There's very little info about them around, but looking on discogs they seem to have three other 7"s from '93 to '95 released on this same imprint. Shame they really went nowhere, cause some of this stuff isn't half bad! The tracks "Play With The Rainmaker" and "Where Are We" are my personal favorites. There's some good riffs/songwriting here, and it's a shame to see that they have such little recognition.
