With some filaments lie SteelFill and CopperFilll from Colorfabb, it's possible to have prints with a metallic density and even to shine them up like metal!
I did a magnetic gift card organizer in both materials, and then used 240 grit and 12000 grit wet sanding paper to try to sand out the layer lines and shine the surfaces a bit. The reuslt looks nice, and if you want to try more you can polish further at home!
