Plastic drawers from dollar stores are popular for nightstands in many apartments, but they don't have a valet to hold your chargers or other items.
When I move into this apartment I up cycled some corrugated plastic (fluted plastic or Chlorplasts) signs from a conference into a taped together valet. After a couple years the packing tape I used was coming apart, so I decided to hot glue this more securely together.
I also have some shelf liner that I will use to veneer this to look nicer (Next video).
Inspired by @paulwelkinsdiy use of signs in many of his projects.
