I found some filament boxes that were, ... Damp... and I'm not in a classroom, so I shouldn't have to deal with mystery spills.
Turns out the DampRid Descant I put in the filament totes was only good for 30-45 days. I have not changed it in about a year :-(
Turns out descant has a saturation point where it can't absorb any more moisture from your filament, and it starts sweating moisture off.
Teachable moment, check your descant and filament boxes.
