Water quality is essential for our survival. Yet few realize how delicately balanced our water systems are, or that many of the threats to water quality are easily preventable. For instance, the same fresh water needed to grow produce nationwide is highly susceptible to pollution from animal agriculture. Essentially, our current food system is a danger to itself.
