The Welborn Show is BACK!!
I'm so excited to be posting content again everyone! After a couple years of stepping back from doing some of my passion projects so I could focus more on growing my fitness brands, I'm finally in a place where I have the bandwidth to tackle this again.
I loved making videos on here & I'm excited to start posting again. When I was posting a couple years ago, I just had so many things going on that the channel felt more like a chore than a passion project & it gave me an incredible amount of anxiety.
So, I had to step back. But now, I'm in the right place in my work life & in a healthy space mentally to come back!
