When life forces you to stop, you suddenly realize how much you’ve been running.
I have pushed myself physically a lot over the years. The discomfort of pushing myself physically hasn’t gotten “more comfortable” by any means, but it has gotten more familiar…it kind of feels “safe”.
Having a spine infection slow me down so that I can’t challenge myself physically has opened my eyes to more ways of challenging myself that I had been ignoring. Dez and I talk about all the recent hurdles life has been throwing our way, but we also talk about the lessons we are learning from it on the podcast this week. If you are in a rough patch right now, are struggling with burnout, health issues, injuries, or etc. this episode is for you!
