Burnout is at an all time high right now. đŤ
But what if⌠half the time itâs not really burnout, itâs that you have zero structure to your days, and way too many decisions to make so you are just constantly living in chaos mode?
Thatâs the stuff you create by snoozing your alarm 4 times, skipping meals, scrolling until midnight, and winging your entire day.
Is it exhausting, right? No wonder you feel burned out.
This is what I call bullshit burnout.
Bullshit burnout basically means there are some things you still have control over that you can change to help prevent burnoutâŚ(but if you donât, chances are itâs going to turn into real burnout.)
Real burnout is a whole new beast. Itâs chronic exhaustion, brain fog, numbness, and sometimes even feeling worse after you rest. This is a hole that can be REALLY hard to climb out of.
So the goal is to never fall into that hole in the first place if you can help it!
So which type of burnout are you experiencing?
This week on the podcast @dezhartwell and I break down the difference so you can get honest with yourself and help yourself out of burnout or prevent yourself from falling into it.
