This video was made by DonExodus2 and falsely DMCAd by the Discovery Institute. DonExodus2 made Fair Use of clips from FOX news. FOX news would have the authority to DMCA this, but since the Discovery Institute does not own the copyright for this video, they had no right to DMCA it.

DonExodus2 has indicated that he will sue DI under 512(f) of the DMCA. Go DonExodus!
