Unfortunately, the DMCA, and Youtube's implementation of the DMCA, provides a scoundrel's veto. We may need to use clips from a video of someone we are trying to expose to prove he is a liar or a cheater or a person who makes death threats. The DMCA gives scoundrels an upper hand. (None of this should be interpreted as calling Inmendham a scoundrel. This is a generalized discussion.)
The REAL danger of the DMCA and Youtube's enforcement policy is that you must give up your anonymity in order to file a counternotice to get your video restored and to prevent your account from being jeopardized.
