In this video I discuss the wrongful suspension and/or video deletion of several YouTubers and steps you can take to make YouTube act more responsibly.

About 8 months ago, Thoughtblock stole five videos from Sheldonwh and reposted them to his channel. Sheldonwh sent YouTube a DMCA complaint demanding they take down Thoughtblocks videos. YouTube responded by suspending Sheldonwhs account. They punished the wrong guy. I discussed the incident in this video (Relevant portion starts around 9 minutes 35 seconds):

HappyCabbies video about the death threat made to Daryl Horner. Watch the video and you will see Horner describe what happened. YouTube screwed up by suspending the wrong person:

YouTube suspended dprjones for two weeks and censored his video when he exposed VenomFangXs charity bait-and-switch scheme. Here is a mirrored copy of the video that got dprjones suspended.

Pissing on an Electric Fence: (The first video by Cory Mr. Safetys video that was flagged)

Corys video entitled Pee was flagged and marked as over 18 when it was on his smpfilms channel. He reposted it on his new channel. Note that he did nothing more flagrant than pour a bottle of apple cider into the toilet and said a few very necessary and appropriate swear words.

What can you do?
1)Sign, five-star, favorite, and feature this petition by starfedrogue.

2)Write to your Representative and Senator if your account has been unjustly suspended. Im not going to advise you to make a new account, because signing up for a new account while you are suspended is a violation of TOS. However, if you do open up a new account, be sure to make a video reply to a solicitation for input from a member of Congress.
