The Verboort Sausage dinner is an annual fundraiser put on by the community of Verboort, Oregon. It takes months to put it together with the help of many volunteers. The Dinner itself takes place on the first Saturday in November and raises money for the local parochial school.

In this short video we see a multitude of volunteers mix, stuff, hang, and smoke over 29,000 pounds of sausage. The sausage is then bagged and made available for individual sale on the day of the main event. Or, you can purchase a dinner ticket and eat at a family style table with all the other Verboort Sausage Dinner 8,000 fans. Either way, it will be delicious and memorable!
