My review of the novel The Unquiet Grave by Peter J Evans. This was the first of a series of five books continuing the story of mutant/vampire bounty hunter Durham Red told in the graphic novels 'The Scarlet Cantos' and 'The Vermin Stars'. Durham Red first appeared with Johnny Alpha in the 2000ad's 'Strontium Dogs' stories before her own series started. The Unquiet Grave sees Red and her companions Godolkin and Judas Harros battling cultists and god-like creatures from alternative dimensions.
