Looking out to sea every morning from the shore, I've always had a passion for watching and filming the many boats and ships that run the lough to the Irish Sea. Often, the big ships are getting help from the hard working tug boats plying the channel. Whatever the weather, they are a constant for those in need of assistance, with intimate knowledge of these waters on the East Coast.
As a tug master, my first impression of Scott is of a quietly confident mariner with decades of experience behind him. As our conversation develops it becomes clear he's also an amiable character who's a good listener and likes to work as part of the team. Not many bosses get that description these days!
