New guest at the XBar, jackboxlover20, popped in with a simple mix of banana liqueur, peanut butter whiskey, and chocolate liqueur. But as soon as they said it was supposed to taste like one of those frozen chocolate-covered bananas, my mixologist instincts took over.
If peanut butter is supposed to be a main flavor, no offense to Skrewball, but it ain’t making the split on its own. So we boosted the chocolate, boosted the banana, and ramped up the peanut butter by sticking half a bar of peanut butter chocolate straight into the blender. Add a healthy dose of ice and enough milk to get that milkshake-y consistency, and suddenly we’ve got the kind of adult dessert drink you’d pay like $20 for at some backdoor Dairy Queen that just so happens to share a wall with a liquor distributor.
Have I ever seen one? No. But I wouldn’t doubt they’d serve something like this.

▷ Half a bar (30 g) Peanut Butter Milk Chocolate (Feastables) @FeastablesOfficial
▷ 1 oz (30 ml) Banana Rum (Jackazz Distilling)
▷ 0.5 oz (15 ml) Banana Liqueur (Tempus Fugit)
▷ 0.5 oz (15 ml) Peanut Butter Whiskey (Skrewball) @SkrewballWhiskey
▷ 1 oz (30 ml) Dark Crème de Cacao (Mr. Stacks)
▷ 1 oz (30 ml) Chocolate Whiskey (Crown Royal) @crownroyalbrand
▷ 2 oz (60 ml) Milk (Horizon)
Method: Blend with ice, and pour into a highball glass.
Garnish: Banana Slice (if you have one) + Whipped Cream
