For the final showcase of the NIS America event that was held by Reef Entertainment we take a look at my most anticipated game in the form of The Starbites. This promises to be a mix between a dungeon crawler and old-school JRPG in the best way possible. The style and setting is awesome as it blends Cyberpunk with Dieselpunk and a great art style that is very different from regular anime and manga.
The world and characters are quirky, colorful and full of personality and detail. The battle system is also awesome as you properly need to heal, buff and debuff enemies in order to stand a chance. Each character clearly excels at something and you can even charge up for additional attack power or buffs.
I cannot wait for this to come out and fans of JRPGS should definitely keep an eye out for this title when it launches next year!
