I got clipboard working! This was more painful than it was really supposed to, both because of bad reliability of the API and because of Visual Studio / slow PC issues.
But... it works! I need to fixup a few things, but it works and I can move on to the next task now.
There's a bunch of other smaller stuff that was done in the meanwhile too. Notably the shared memory buffers are all now being properly deallocated after they're used, so it doesn't just keep growing and using more and more memory as time goes - this pretty much worked without a hitch, so I didn't make a separate video on this.
