Pokemon Emerald is still packing secrets for me all these years later. Heard about this feature in the battle frontier a couple days ago and could not believe the through line I got to experience actually playing this mini story with my very own apprentice. Go recruit your own! This level of investment in random sidequests with the most off to the side stories will always amaze me, Pokemon is such an incredibly special game. People getting excited about Legends ZA has me really feeling the love for every corner of these games, this is the coolest stuff. Even cooler than Mudkip! This one's for all the Raikou, Crobat, and Lanturn fans out there.
