Everyone wants to get strong. But few people understand how the body actually learns strength.
Inter-muscular coordination = muscles learning to work together.
Intra-muscular coordination = your brain learning to recruit every fiber.
The second one, that’s the holy grail.
But here’s the catch:
You can’t access it until you’ve mastered the first.
If you skip movement quality and jump straight to heavy loads,
you’re limiting your potential before you even start.
First move well.
Then get strong.
