I love living in the country — the peace, the wildlife, the land, and the traditions that come with it. But there’s one rural tradition I just can’t get behind: hunting.
In today’s video, I’m setting up our automatic deer feeder for the fall — not to hunt, but to watch and capture wildlife on the farm. I love seeing deer, turkeys, and all the animals that call this place home. But as much as I respect hunters, getting up before daylight and sitting in the cold just isn’t for me — and to be honest, I don’t care much for deer meat either.
