Every year we have the same tired argument about the reason for the season and the meaning of Christmas.
This year, thanks to Fox News, we found out that Santa and Jesus are both white guys and that they are historical figures.
We also found out, thanks to the pope, that Jesus might just have a few choice words to say about just how commercialised Christmas has become.
Unfortunately, nobody told Sarah Palin.
