It was an extreme honor and pleasure to interview Jenny Thompson. Her wisdom and knowledge on body image and the way our weight can affect our mental health was something I wanted to share with you all.
Jenny Thompson is a marketing expert who shared her story about her struggle with her weight. She is CEO of her own marketing brand called Jenerate Marketing. I hope Jenny's experience and her story inspires others. In this video, you'll learn all about her journey to get to where she is now and a few tricks she used to lose the weight she had been wanting to get rid of for so long. She talks about the drive it took for her to get to where she is and the change in mentality she needed in order to get started.
