The Organic Cacao Plantation Tour In Miches, Dominican Republic Was Incredible! Part 2 Of The Tour

While we were staying at the Secrets Playa Esmeralda Resort in Miches, Dominican Republic, we booked the Agricultural Heritage and Cacao Trails tour through Amstar. The first part of the approximately 4.5 hour tour was at an agricultural heritage farm, and that was a fun and educational experience. (We have another video showing that part of the tour.) The second part of the tour was just as fun and unique, as we went to an organic cacao plantation, and saw every step of the process: Harvest, Fermentation, Drying, Reforestation, & Tasting. We were able to take part in each step of the process, and everything was thoroughly explained and demonstrated to us. It was very interesting, fun, and educational, and I would highly recommend it.
