Kit & Nova The Sea Lions At The St. Louis Zoo Sea Lion Sound - See Their Target Training At Work!

We always like to go to Sea Lion Sound when we're at the St. Louis Zoo, and we had a great experience there on this trip. We watched the sea lions at the Underwater Cove viewing area for a while, and got to see several of them up close doing their underwater acrobatics. Then we headed into the Holekamp Aqua Tunnel and there was a zoo worker there who shared some information with us about two of the newest sea lion pups, Kit and Nova. She also demonstrated an example of their target training by throwing an object outside their tank and we saw them follow it inside their tank. It was a unique experience, and another reason why we will keep going back to the Sea Lion Sound!
