If there's one turn of phrase that the videogaming community can't seem to let go of, it's the seemingly innocuous combination of words "it really makes you feel like". From Batmen to Spidermans and from Gods of War to Guys of Doom, there's more games than ever that allegedly "make you feel like" their main character. Except, they really don't.

After enduring this annoying phrase for far too long, The Architect has finally decided to set the record straight.
