The Lung Lough Gara Way which was incomplete when I walked it, is the 9th section of the Ireland Way.

As it was not finished the trail was mainly on roads, country lanes and foresty roads. Admittedly it wasn't the most scenic of hiking but I did meet some fantastic people one of which, Mary Gallagher, took time out of her day to come to talk to me for the camera about Ballaghaderreen.

Tough Soles have walked the completed section recently and once their video goes up I'll leave the link here in the description.
