Doolough Valley, this was the place set for me to practice using my drone while hiking and of course getting more comfortable using it.
Sunny weather, beautiful lakes, amazing mountains this place was, in my opinion, a great place to start.
The location itself is amazing and some of the shots really came out well. You can find Doolough along the Wild Atlantic Way between Leenaun and Louisburgh. This stunning place has a tragic history connected to the Famine. There are many places to hike as it slap bang in between Mweelrea and the Sheefry Hills.
