This is the story of Marble King Industries Inc. formed in 1949 as told by Marble king historian Gerald Witcher.
Gerald walks us through the important historical accounts of Marble King, from before it’s inception starting with Berry Pink, Lawrence Alley and Sellers Peltier through the challenges, achievements and ownership changes of Roger Howdyshell, Jean Howdyshell and Beri Fox.

Gerald Witcher’s keynote presentation was filmed at the Marble King 75th Anniversary party on Nov 14, 2024 in New Martinsville, West Virginia. Marble King Industries Inc.is the only U.S. company that is still active and producing commercial glass marbles today.

The 1937 National Marbles Tournament Championship hasstock footage from Wildwood, New Jersey is provided by Gary Carr of Buyout Footage.com.
