Aya has a lot of evasion, can raise it further with Tengu Newspaper's Deadline Day (at least in the original version; she never used it here and I suspect many of these bosses patterns actually got changed through the V transition), and will randomly reflect back breath and magic attacks, so you might want to do this after you get Sanae, who can use accuracy buffs and overwrite her field skill. She doesn't do anything exciting offensively and as long as you can hit her you should have no problem beating her.
