The game's supposed to be throwing you a bone here. Kanako is actually vulnerable to instant death which is, well, instant death, while Suwako is vulnerable to petrify. She does have auto-heal permanent so she'll eventually shrug it off and this game has accumulative resistance so it'll get harder and harder to inflict, but since you're given free reign to DPS her it shouldn't really concern you much.
But killing bosses with instant death is boring so I'll do it the hard way. The main problem with this is that Kanako has a chance to use Miracle of Otensui when below half HP, which will heal both enemies for far too much (I don't remember the exact number any more), so you need to use Colloseum World to stop that from happening. Given that both enemies are Foreign Gods Sakuya is your best bet at damaging them anyways.
Suwako is weak to all physical elements so you can just hit her and be done with it, but Kanako is resistant to them and is weak to Dark, an element which I can't really exploit at this point, so I just enchanted my attackers with some random element (not electric as Kanako resists it too) to avoid it.
