Compared to her sisters, Litos is a mere speed bump. Her main gimmick is that every 5 turns, she'll use Ras Algol Gorgops for AoE petrify and Temptation for AoE charm, but they are used at predictable times (Gorgops on 1st turn of the cycle, Temptation on 3rd) so unless you just plain forgot about them (like I did for the second temptation) they shouldn't really get you. And between those AoE ailments Litos's offenses are frankly anemic, consisting of a bunch of single-target and row target attacks that do very little damage, and if you're seriously worried equipping for Earth resistance will reduce the damage further.
