A cover of the song "The Edge of Dawn (Seasons of Warfare)" from the game Fire Emblem: Three Houses.
FE: Three Houses was my first Fire Emblem game I played, and I actually picked it up on a whim so I had a new game to play on holiday. And that turned out to be an amazing decision, cos I very quickly fell in love with the game! The characters, the world, and the gameplay are all really good in my opinion and it was just right up my alley.
When I heard the opening song, I had some mixed feelings - it was beautiful, and had some amazing and very emotional melodies, and the singer did an incredible performance. But the arrangement itself didn't quite sit too well with me - as much as I love the song, the blend of the classical/orchestral aspects and the electronic elements don't gel too well in my opinion. However, I have certainly loved every cover I've heard of this song, and I thought this would lend itself well to an acoustic arrangement, so this is my take on the song!
I'm definitely not a singer by any means, and one of the main reasons for this cover is to work on my vocals, so if you choose to leave some criticism, at least let me know how I can improve!
