An acoustic cover of Ghost of Perdition by Opeth, of their album 'Ghost Reveries'.
Probably one of my favourite Opeth songs, I've always wanted to get around to doing this one! I thought putting an acoustic twist on this one would be a great way to make it a more unique cover. So given all that, what better guest to bring on than the incredible acoustic player and fellow Opeth fan, CRGuitar! He totally nailed his contributions to the song, fantastic playing and great vocals too!
In terms of the arrangement and mix, both were pretty easy. The song translated pretty well to acoustic already, just needed a few little changes here an there. I was also initially planning on making the cover a little shorter, but the original is just too perfect, I don't think I could!

Im always down to collab with Triple B whenever he asks me, and this cover is no exception! In this cover, I was asked to perform some lead guitar and some backing screams/harsh vocals, and hopefully I did okay on his super cool, proggy cover!
