Rikki Poynter | The Easiest Ways To Learn ASL @rikkipoynter | Uploaded December 2023 | Updated October 2024, 11 hours ago.
There’s an original long form version of this video on YouTube, but I knew I had to make a short form version too. Just like in the YouTube video, I’m not being paid to promote either of these. I just use them on my own time, have been for a while, and I wanted to share them with you during a time that learning ASL can be crucial.
So yeah, go check out Bill Vicars on YouTube (or lifeprint.com) and go check out @asl.bloom.

Hello! The holidays are soon so maybe you want to start learning some ASL for someone. I have two recommendations for you. If you have the time to sit and focus at home, try Bill Vicars on YouTube. I’ve been using him since the very beginning and I still use him now. He’s my favorite. If you want short, fast, easy, something to carry with you on your phone, try the ASL Bloom app. It’s really nice with games, quizzes, dialogue, etc. It’s very easy and I’ve been using it myself too. Hope that helps!
Video Description:
Rikki with no makeup. Her long brown hair is down. She is wearing a black t-shirt with a greyscale image of a cat and his mugshot.
