Have you tried this Plumpmaxxing method yet?? If yes, was it helpful?
⛔️ A note on castor oil + Adipeau if you have oily, acne-prone skin: I would skip those particular steps if your skin congests easily, but the rest are totally acne friendly. If you’re interested in my favorite skincare routine for acne-prone skin, just send us a DM.
These days most people’s brain goes right to Botox when they start seeing lines. Is this you? Because I’m here to let you know that you might just need to hydrate and moisturize your skin more effectively. This is the method I use for my patients, my students, and personally too bc it works so well.
The TCM principle here is that if our lines are bothering us, we can first build YIN instead of freezing our muscles.
Yin is the water that makes up our body: the blood, the fluids, the hydration and moisture, the deep, rich essence that lives inside us. These fluids tend to become more deficient as we get older, especially as we near menopause.
So instead of freezing the face, we can start by restoring yin to the skin. In other words: hydration-maxxing.
