Celera is a new restaurant concept in Makati, Philippines, offering a bold take on Contemporary Asian cuisine. Led by acclaimed chefs Nicco Santos and Quenee Vilar, the highly anticipated dining destination celebrates what they call “marriage cuisine”—a harmonious blend of flavors, cultures, and techniques that surprises with every bite. We followed the journey in the weeks leading up to opening day, witnessing the vision come to life.
Building on the success of standout concepts like Your Local, Hey Handsome, Sambar, and Aurora, Celera aims to redefine casual dining in the heart of Manila—with creativity, heart, and unforgettable food at its core.
