Growing food was only the beginning.
When Mike and Malou Melendres founded Melendres Farms, they wanted to make healthy, organic food more accessible to Filipino families. But over the years, that vision continued to grow. What began as a mission to grow healthier produce has since expanded through a partnership with BiotechJP, allowing them to develop innovative pre-cooked rice while continuing to create better opportunities for Filipino farmers and consumers.
