Summary:
It’s an old, old thing we humans do…giving to our group out of gratitude.
Ancient people even created the idea that the animals they fed upon, the salmon and bison, gave themselves willingly. Well, maybe not! But our ancestors were showing they knew they had to give to others so there could be security and happiness in the world. It was an agreement; give to others out of gratitude, and in return others will be grateful and also give to create life even more abundant.
Join us this week as we explore the real reason humans survived on this planet…generosity! We will also celebrate everyone who gave to our congregation’s endowment fund and remember long-time member and donor, Dorothy Davis.
