Summary:

My spiritual journey began with the father-mother God of Mary Baker Eddy. Now I pray and sing and meditate with many inspiring Christians, Pagans, Buddhists, and atheists. I am inspired to be as good a man as I can be everyday by their example. So let me share with you my spiritual practice that helps me live up to my hopes. I find help in the words of Don Miguel Ruiz in The Four Agreements, that have become my pillar of smoke and fire in the sky, guiding me in the right direction.
