All 23 bodies of the victims of a school bus fire in Thailand were returned to their hometown in the central province of Uthai Thani on October 2, 2024. Twenty children and three of their teachers died when the bus carrying more than 40 passengers on a field trip caught fire in a Bangkok suburb. Funerals will be held in multiple temples across Lan Sak district in the coming days.
