A Haarp downburst of dry air was used along the New Mexico/Texas border. The satellite video is proof of a Haarp downburst, since it shows the "smoke ring" of dry air, at the edge of the downburst. The smoke ring is a spinning roll cloud of dry air, which lasts for an hour, or two, and moves away from the origin, even against the prevailing winds. Since it lasts so long, it is visible on satellite, and is proof of the Haarp dry air downburst. The USDA drought monitor map shows the terrible results of consistently stopping rain at the Texas state line, just as the satellite video shows.
This technology is killing our planet, and every living species, by melting the Arctic Methane. This will increase greenhouse gas by 300 times in just a few decades. Please learn what is happening, and demand this technology is stopped, or re-directed to keep the Arctic frozen, and bring moderate rainfall and temperatures, within their transmitting areas. It is just a software change, to switch this from a demonic, planet killer, into something that would benefit mankind, and give us enough time to figure out a solution to prevent the Arctic Methane Doomsday.
